Cancellation Policy
It is the responsibility of the client to accurately book the appropriate service and zones required. In the event that your travel exceeds the previously booked zones your driver will offer you; a. to exit in the paid for zone. b. to pay a zone extension fee of $25 per extra zone crossed. Bookings cannot be changed, rescheduled or cancelled online within an hour of booking.
